Thx for answer, now it works with aoss
I had to set
pcm.dsp0 {      type plug      slave.pcm "duplex" }
as 
pcm.dsp0 "duplex"
did not work

now I can happily play etqw with
aoss32 etqw +set s_driver oss +set s_device "/dev/dsp0"
