We are using ices2, and have posted the ices-alsa.xml configuration.
Interestingly, when we use a different input module so that ices2
streams from a playlist of ogg/vorbis files, they sound great. It only
misbehaves when the input module gets live audio from the sound card.
Also, when we arecord from the delta66 to a file, that also sounds
great. That seems to confirm your suggestion.
