Multichannel hdmi video cards

Hey all,

I am looking for a standalone video card supporting
multichannel HDMI at 96KHZ or 192KHZ output, similar to the
Intel G45.

Options thus far:
ATI hd4600 or hd4800 series. But from the latest alsa
snapshops I see this in patch_atihdmi.c
.channels_max = 2,
Not very encouraging. Am I correct in assuming the radeon
hd4800/4600 series is still limited to 2ch on alsa.

Nvidia now has a multichannel hdmi patch applied to the
ALSA snapshots. Is it known which boards support this.
Also, is it known how high the sample rate and bit depth
can go here. I read rumours that the geforce 9500 supports
this but nothing confirmed.

Asus xonar hdav1.3, alsa support experimental but the
hardware is certainly capable. Can we do DTS-ma and truehd
under ALSA with this guy?

Tia,
Shane
