Hi I'm running 64-bit Ubuntu 9.04, and I have no sound from the onboard jacks. I shouldn't say *no* sound, because there is some low-level screeching coming from the line-out. I don't know how to get sound out of this thing. I've read conflicting accounts of which module to use, it's not obvious whether the ALC650 device is just an AC97 codec, or whether it's the motherboard chipset that matters. Please help me figure out how to get sound?
