As far as I can tell, no package exists that provides this file, see: http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords=libasound_module_pcm_plughw.so&mode=exactfilename&suite=intrepid&arch=any I tried searching older and newer releases, and even searched debian's packages. Nothing comes up.
