Fixed.

Looks like you need to complete all cards

 

./configure --with-cards=all  --with-sequencer=yes ; make ; make install

Module now loads without error and appears

The sound modules cannot be loaded because other sound modules they
depend on cannot be loaded.

Please show the first few of these messages (for module "snd").
