Hi all, I've installed Debian Linux on my HP Compaq 6535s laptop. But the integrated audio chipset doesn't work. Under windows, the audio chipset is recognized as "SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio". Under Linux it is "00:14.2 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA)". And I'm using kernel 2.6.27.8(may be the newest version). I installed alsaconf and try to config it automatically. it successfully finished but the chipset still can't work. Could you give me some suggestion?
