Hello boys and girls. My name is Dmitri, I am as you have guessed worse possible scenario. Not only i am Russian, but also am quite unexperienced when it comes to mailing lists. Anyway, i am not even sure if i can request help here... I have 2 cards. One is on board pci card, second is usb turtle beach card. I know both of them were able to do full duplex, since i did use them both for a while on linux Gentoo. i was messing recently with .asoundrc to get dolby surround working on turtle beach. I did get it. Since than full duplex disappeared mysteriously on both cards. Both cards were giving me troubles before. I could mess around with them using alsamixer for a while and i could get sound in and out for skype or ETQW(quake based game). Now... I can playback, i can record, but not both both at the same time on usb card. I can't record anything on another card(hda-intel), but i can probably listen to it, can't check dont have correct earplugs at hand(but i have very VERY strong feeling that its' working fine), at the end of the day ill get earplugs if needed, its not a big deal. I only care if i can make mic work again and being able to use my USB as dolby surround 51. I can give you LOADS of output, but i don't think you want to be spammed. I shall be glad to answer yo you to best of my knowledge... ask me to run any command and I shall do so... I have spend over 2 days on google, finding what is causing problem, but there is no solution to it though...
