The only things that jump out are:
You are running 1.0.16 library with later driver and utils.
There is only a single analog channel for playback and capture.  Is 
everything on in bios?
You have playback set to 6 channel instead of 2 channel.

None of these seem like they should be a problem, but I thought I would 
mention
them in case they trigger something for you. 

It looks like you should have sound.
