Hi! Problem is rather simple, but none of quick solutions I googled for fix it. Usually when I record from EWS88MT default device, it gaves me all 12 channels (nuts, but that's how ALSA is built). However, I mocked around mixer settings a little bit and now I get just two channels, propably from input I choose in switches in GNOME Volume control (video, phone, mixer, etc.). First I thought I just screw up mixer settings (easy thing to do for ice1712), and tried to reset them. First deleting /var/lib/alsa/asound.state, and restarting alsa-utils, and then /etc/init.d/alsa-utils reset 0. Still I get two channels. Any clues how can I get my PCM with all 12 channels back? Is it possible via mixer settings? If not, how to reset them? Thanks for any suggestions, cheers, Peter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
