Florian, Any chance you might be working on hdspmixer at the same time. I worked on testing it when Thomas Charbonell first wrote the program. One disappointing limitation of the whole HDSP Linux support suite is that there is no way to use the cards without logging in to a graphical interface and running hdspmixer by hand to set everything up. It would be a real help if the Linux environment could set up the card's audio routing when Alsa first comes up so that a graphical environment wasn't required at all. thanks, Mark On Wed, Apr 23, 2008 at 8:02 AM, michiel <michiel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Hey, > > > Florian Faber wrote: > >> I wonder if someone knows if the new PCI-e version of these cards is > >> supported? > >> > > > > I haven't laid hands on one since the RME guys have been in Vegas, but > > as soon as they send me a card, I'll include full support for it into > > the driver. > > > great, thank you for the fast reply! > > > > Michiel. > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.net email is sponsored by the 2008 JavaOne(SM) Conference > Don't miss this year's exciting event.
