Hello. I have a problem with my PCMCIA Audigy2 ZS Notebook. It is recognized works with my Ubuntu Gutsy rt kernel (uname -a: Linux maciek-studio64 2.6.22-14-rt #1 SMP PREEMPT RT Tue Feb 12 09:57:10 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux). But when I try to record something from the line-in input, it records only from one audio channel, routing it to both L and R input channels. The result is that when I set panning of the audio signal to one channel, the recording is mono (the same signal on each channel), and when I set panning to the other channel, I get no signal at all. Also, I get some errors when the driver is loaded ito memory: [ 46.442361] ALSA /home/maciek/dev-alsa/alsa-driver-1.0.16/pci/emu10k1/emu10k1_main.c:226: Audigy2 value: Special config. Any help would be very appreciated. Without ability of recording my card is useless for me. I attach my "dmesg" and "messages" logs, as well as output of "aplay -l", "aplay -L", "arecord -l" and "arecord -L". Hope it helps. best regards Maciek ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by the 2008 JavaOne(SM) Conference Don't miss this year's exciting event.
