Hi !

I need a S/PDIF input (48kHz) that works with a sound card that can run
with ALSA onto a laptop.

I've buy and try a M-Audio fast track pro but didn't suceed to make a
recording from spdif with it (there is no mixer).

Does anyone succeed to make a recording from S/PDIF with a M-Audio fast
track pro ? Is there something special to do to make it work, or is it
just imposssible ?

Does anyone succeed to make a recording from S/PDIF onto a laptop ?

If yes, I'll be very happy to know with card and/or configuration.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Cheers
Damien.
