Under "modprobe options" in the output you posted, we find: snd-ca0106: index=0 forcing it to be card 0. However, 0 is already taken by snd-hda-intel which loaded earlier and which was just assigned 0 automatically. To solve, either delete that "index=0" (somewhere under /etc/modprobe.d) or if you do want snd-ca0106 to always be card 0, provide a non-conflicting index to snd-hda-intel (index=1).
