ok, I edited  acore/info_oss.c  and changed 
#if LINUX_VERSION_CODE < KERNEL_VERSION(2, 6, 19)
  to
#if LINUX_VERSION_CODE < KERNEL_VERSION(2, 6, 17)

and I compiled correctly, I only hope it doesn't brake

By the way, Do I have to re-compile all the other packages?
lib, oss, utils....
