Hm, there is no other digital input. And changing the "invert" switch doesn't change anything. Maybe it's a hardware problem. I have a second card, Intel HD Audio, which works fine and which I might use for analog recording. I don't like the idea of analog recording a digitial source very much, but actually I'm not sure if it makes a perceptible difference at all. Or is there another not-too-expensive card which supports digital input and works with ALSA?
