dmix requires a hardware device (type "hw") because it needs to access
the sound card's interrupt.

What you can do is to create dmix devices for both hardware devices (the
standard definitions "dmix:UA25" and "dmix:Speaker" should already work)
and then use a multi device to combine both dmix devices.
