1212m with ADAT

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I've got the 1212m configured and I'm testing ADAT
support.

I've tried the simple tests, like

speaker-test -c2 -twav -Dfront

and arecord -fdat test.wav

I was able to record with this simple test:
and hear audio out from the main speakers.

When I launch qjackctl and look at "Connect"
I do not see any ADAT channels.

under audio tab, readable and writable client ports
only shows two channels, capture_1, capture_2,
playback_1, and playback_2.

Under ALSA tab, I only see two channels.
16:E-mu 1010 [4001]
 0:Audigy MPU-401 (UART)
 32: Audigy MPU-401 #2

this is my /etc/modules.d/alsa config.
any errors?

snd-card-2 is a Edirol UM-3EX.
in Jackd it shows up under ALSA, not MIDI tab.
Is that normal?

thanks,
Ken
