Echo indigodj

I have a PCMCIA Echo indigodj card. What I'd like to ask is when I  turn my computer to  "suspend to ram" the card turns off  and when I'm waking a comp up Indigo does not turn on. So the question is: is there a command by which I can turn the card on?
