I just posted an exact fix for this issue, on this exact same mailing 
list, for the exact same machine (Lenovo 3000 V100 laptop), approx 3 
days ago.  Please try to do at least a minimal bit of searching before 
asking...

The patch_realtec.c file is listed in my last posting on this list.

You need to download alsa-drivers-1.0.14rc3, the version 6 of the 
patch_realtek.c patch, put the patch in the alsa-driver sources, 
./configure --with-cards=hda-intel, make, make install, reboot.

I did this on my machine, in Kubuntu 7.04, and sound works great.  You 
do not need any kernel boot options or snd-hda-intel module options to 
have sound working on this laptop.  My post from a few days ago has the 
link to the patch_realtek.c file.
