After playing with it a bit more, and updating to 1.0.14-rc3, I found that the audio is there, but very low, similar to what was reported here: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_name=20070410180836.54983.qmail%40web63312.mail.re1.yahoo.com I've tried all the ac97_quirk settings, to no avail.
