Good morning to all!
It's first time i write this ml. From any day, I have a problem.
Trying to listen an mp3 with xmms (I use a fedora core 6), I received a message
of error (please check that: your soundcard is configured properly You have the
correct output plugin selected No other program is blocking the soundcard).
This happens if I select alsa like output plugin (with oss all works right!)
Trying to launch alsamixer, the output is:
"ALSA lib control.c:910:(snd_ctl_open_noupdate) Invalid CTL default
alsamixer: function snd_ctl_open failed for default: No such file or directory"
