If 'configure' did not fail, and 'make' failed - it's a bug in
build mechanism - the whole intent of 'configure' is to verify that
the system is good enough for the application to be built.

This is my most hated bug in the framework of my AppsFromScratch project -
unfortunately, too often 'configure' is OK, but 'make' fails.

Still, most targets I've managed to build do not have this problem, so
ALSA should not have it either.

Please file a bug - this will hopefully increase the chances of the problem
being fixed in the future.
