Hi, I see on the soundcard matrix that a couple of EMU cards have been added since I last looked. Unfortunately, I have an EMU-0404 and that's not on their. lspci says my card is "Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs SB Audigy (rev 03)". A friend who is good at linux told me I may be able to use a general SB driver such as emu10k1, and indeed, alsaconf tries to use that. However, things are still failing. I heard that you are working on support for EMU cards, and that sounds great, but is this true? I really want to use Linux as my main OS, but it's not worth it to me unless I can get high quality sound working and I don't feel like buying the EMU-1212 or other card for this purpose. I don't know for sure if it's my configuration or just that it's impossible for this card to work now, so if I can get it to work that'd be great.
