Indeed, the agmt parameters indeed look wrong:
--port 389 and --conn-protocol LDAPS should not be used together.
It should either be:
--port 389 and --conn-protocol LDAPS should not be used together.
It should either be:
--port 389 --conn-protocol StartTLS
or --port 636 --conn-protocol LDAPS
