The app is a java app. When the user is added, there is no error in the 389-server error log - but the user isn’t really added. The use-case is a bit complicated and I have asked them to create a simpler version of the java-app that just adds the user and that is easier to replicate. The absurd thing is that it works in the test-environment, but not in production :-( The app itself is running outside my realm, I have no access to their logs.
