Hi Pierre, Thanks for the input. Yes, I agree, I have run it using a non privileged user when running normally. However, my question is a bit more specific to running within a container :) My initial test failed, as the container init is trying to create some temporary file: ``` sed: couldn't open temporary file /usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages/lib389/sedoCUEr6: Permission denied ``` My assumption is the container cannot bootstrap itself without root access... _______________________________________________ 389-users mailing list -- 389-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to 389-users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/389-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
