Hi Mark, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Mailing-list didn’t mail me….. I’ve attached the chrome console log to this email. The packages I’m using are Fedora 31: 389-ds-base.x86_64 1.4.2.8-3-fc31 Cockpit-389-ds.noarch 1.4.2.8-3-fc31 Just as an aside, I’ve also run into exactly the same problem on my full test server as well, though on that one I had to enable ldapi according to the RH guidelines via cli, as it was upgraded from 1.2.
Yeah the console log is odd, it can't find index.js which seems to the root failure. But then I see the DS UI making successful queries to the Directory Server. Sorry I have no idea why it's not working. What if you try Firefox? <just curious>
It would be interesting to see the Directory Server access log as
well (/var/log/dirsrv/slapd-YOUR_INSTANCE/access)
Also, we just kind of rewrote the UI framework since 1.4.2.8 (porting it to 100% reactJS) I'm going to do new Fedora builds tomorrow. I can send you a link to the new build and you can test that out and see if it still gives you the same problems.
Thanks,
Mark
Cheers, Nelson
