The bind dn has an invalid syntax.  I think you should try "cn=directory manager", not "Directory Manager,dc=text,dc=in", as your bind dn

not necessarily. This would work, but not sure if it was the intended bind, could be a user with less privileges. I already answered in the other thread that they need to find out which user they want to use for binding
