The combination looks a little odd to me...
Your OS is rhel-6.x based upon the extension .el6. But the version
of 389-ds-base is 1.3.4.4. How did your get the version for el6?
Supported 389-ds-base for rhel-6 is 1.2.11.15-##.
Our latest 389-ds-base for el6 is 389-ds-base-1.2.11.15-75.el6_8.
There is an upstream release 1.3.4.4, but it was one year ago and
just for Fedoras...
