I'm attempting to set up an agreement with the wizard for userRoot on a single master (the hope was that once this was working a second master would be established), and every time I get the following error:

LDAP server is unwilling to perform
The error logs are equally useful:
NSMMReplicationPlugin - agmtlist_add_callback: Can't start agreement (nameofagreementappearshere)
I have had no issues with any of the other agreements, and it isn't specific to just one slave. Has anyone else seen this happen? Any tips? Thanks!
