Export the config LDIF from second host. Connect to second host, open Config. Select export database. Navigate until you get to host name. Export that tree out. (this assumes you configured with same domain name). Then copy LDIF to master and import. Should merge. These are rough steps from my cell phone but hopefully gives you an idea.
