At what point did you begin seeing these messages, and what changed? It looks like it started after I manually "fixed" the entry. What exactly did you do to fix the entry? As I said it is a test entry, so I'm happy to delete it entirely and recreate it if you think this will fix the issue, I don't think it will fix the issue, but it may help reproduce it more easily. but I can hold off on that if you'd like me to find out more information. If you are not experiencing the "non-contiguous" problem now, there's not much information to get. seeing this error every four minutes (which is how often the update cron job runs) in the "error" log: [11/Mar/2014:02:40:00 +0000] NSMMReplicationPlugin - IsValidOperation: NULL entry uniqueid [11/Mar/2014:02:40:00 +0000] NSMMReplicationPlugin - write_changelog_and_ruv: can't add a change for relativeDomainName=testingstatus,zoneName=OURORG.com,dc=DNS,o=Internet (uniqid: (null), optype: 8) to changelog csn 531e7785000002330000Is this related to https://fedorahosted.org/389/ticket/47696Possibly; that is us, but on a different database on the same server. The bad restart I mentioned was a hang followed by a kill -9 and a reindex of userRoot. Note that this issue is with dnsRoot, which is the other database hosted by the same server.or https://fedorahosted.org/389/ticket/47735 ?I don't fully understand that ticket (ldap internals aren't my field), but to the extent I do I don't think it's related. |
