Hi,

I would like to upgrade 389 from 1.2.5 to the last version before the changes in the schema. I mean, In some version of 389 the syntax of some attributes had change and I can't upgrade to that version yet, but I don't know which is that version to upgrade to the previous one. Could you help me?

There have been many syntax, schema, and matching rule changes over the years.  Are you trying to figure out in which version 389 started checking for syntax validation by default?

In general you can go to http://git.fedorahosted.org/git?p=389/ds.git;a=heads and look at the tree for each branch.

For example:
http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=389/ds.git;a=blob;f=ldap/ldif/template-dse.ldif.in;h=ca2ede8a90b91c69f402f0df790310e7dcabf2aa;hb=389-ds-base-1.2.6

These are the default settings for a 1.2.6 branch server.  It has
27 nsslapd-syntaxcheck: on

The schema is in the directory ldap/schema

Moses.
