No.


Try manually creating the OU subcontainers in 389.  I can't remember exactly how I did it, but I remember doing what you're trying to do.  I think I had to put the users and groups OU under a common OU per replication agreement however.
This is correct.  The OU itself will not be replicated, but user and group entries will be replicated if the OU exists on both sides.
