Migration Issues With Admin Server LDIF Import

Thanks for the tip.  I have the following in my
/var/log/dirsrv/slapd-ldap/access log:

The "ADD" specified in the migration log is the same one here that appears
to fail (I guess).  Sorry for my ignorance, but I have no idea how to
resolve this.
