ldap commands require "-Y GSSAPI". Fixable with "Identity Mapping" ?

OpenLDAP ldapsearch, ldapmodify, etc. (/usr/bin/ldapsearch etc.) attempt 
to use SASL by default.  If you use the -x argument, it will use simple 
userDN/password bind.
