Well I'm not exactly sure, but I get the impression that something is wrong.

What people usually do is obscure company sensitive information before 
posting e.g.
dn: uid=XXXXX,ou=people,dc=example,dc=com
uid: XXXXX
userPassword: XXXXXXX
