I seem to have had pretty good success using the jpackage.org Java RPMS
(well, nosrc.rpms) to package up Suns 1.5.0 Java and it works fine with
FDS.  It puts all of the Java bits in the right places, and uses
alternatives to allow you select between GCJ, Sun, IBM, etc.  And it
plays nice with the system and dependencies.
