libdb problem on setup

Rich,
 It's RHEL4 and my LD_LIBRARY_PATH is:
/usr/local/geotrans/lib:/lib:/usr/lib:/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/las/binaries/gnu32linux:/opt/fedora-ds/lib
